What do I get for free?
Your first device is free, with no payment method required. It has the whole service except APK distribution, remote screenshots, the scheduler, renaming the organization and additional team members, which come with the first paid licence.
Is there a free trial?
No. The first device is free, and enrolling beyond it is billed immediately, from the first day, at the rates above.
How is it billed?
In advance, monthly or annually as you choose. The annual subscription is paid in one instalment for the twelve months ahead and carries a 10% discount on the monthly rate. If you add licences part-way through a period, the partial period is billed immediately, prorated over the time remaining until the next due date. No minimum amount applies.
How many devices can I enrol?
One per licence held. To enrol more, increase your licence quantity.
What happens to my tablets if the cloud is unavailable?
The FreeKiosk app runs on its own and does not need FreeKiosk Cloud to stay in kiosk mode: an interruption of the service does not stop an already-configured device from working, only remote management is affected while it lasts.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription runs until its end date and nothing changes until then: your licences and features stay as they are, and nothing more is charged. After that your organization goes back to its free allowance. Enrolled devices keep running and reporting; enrolling new ones needs a licence. You can resume the subscription until the end date, without paying again.
