Several things live under one name, and they are not licensed the same way.
The Android application source code
Published under the MIT licence, Copyright (c) 2025 Rushb. You may use, modify and redistribute it under the terms of that licence, which is the authoritative text and travels with the code on GitHub.
The FreeKiosk Cloud platform
The source code of the cloud platform is not published. The MIT licence above covers the Android application only, and says nothing about the platform.
This site, and the FreeKiosk and RushB names and logos
The texts, images, logos, icons and graphics on this site, and the FreeKiosk and RushB names and logos, are the property of RUSHB and are not covered by the MIT licence. Reproducing or adapting them, in whole or in part, requires our prior written permission. Using the FreeKiosk name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or publish your own product is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of error. Documentation ages, and the server and the code are what actually govern behaviour. RUSHB accepts no liability for any inaccuracy or omission in the information published here, for damage caused by a third party fraudulently altering the site, or for any direct or indirect damage arising from accessing or using it.
The application itself is distributed under the MIT licence, which states its own warranty disclaimer. Nothing in this notice limits your rights as a consumer under French law.
External links
This site links to other sites, GitHub and OVH among them. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it. A kiosk built with FreeKiosk displays whichever site its operator configures, and that site is likewise outside our control.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all: it is a set of static pages with no analytics and no tracking. FreeKiosk Cloud, which is a different site behind a login, sets two strictly necessary cookies (a session cookie and a CSRF token). Those are exempt from consent under the CNIL guidelines. The details are in our privacy policy.
Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by French law. The French courts have sole jurisdiction over any dispute relating to it.
